Corydalis elata

This lesser known species is taller and later flowering than the more familiar C. flexuosa. It has lovely bright blue flowers on mounds of ferny green foliage, May-Jul. H45cm S45cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in cool, humus-rich soil in semi-shade or shade. Exhibits a period of dormancy in summer before growing again later in the season. Plant it with primulas, meconopsis and ferns.
