Mail Order
Please use the "Add to Basket" buttons to add plants to your shopping basket. You can amend quantites in your basket or remove items from your basket using the "Shopping Basket" main menu option.
Please allow up to 28 days from receipt of your order for dispatch although we will endeavour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, weather permitting, and in most cases we will send within a week.
For nearly all deliveries we use a next day or two day, trackable courier service although some smaller packages may be sent by Royal Mail first class post and orders to some areas make take longer. We try to send all year round, weather permitting.
You will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier once your parcel is on its way. Should you wish, you can also enter your mobile phone number during the order process to receive SMS message updates on the day of delivery for your order.
We routinely use DPD as our preferred carrier. Their tracking service can be found at https://track.dpd.co.uk/ where you can input the tracking number to find out where your parcel is. Should you not receive it when expected, we respectfully ask that you use this service before contacting us as it usually helps!
If your parcel does not arrive within 5 days of sending (highly unlikely), please let us know as we'll need to find out why. If you don't let us know within 7 days we won't be able to refund if your parcel has gone missing.

Plant condition
Please note that at certain times of year plants will be dormant and may not therefore be in active growth. The timing of this may be different for certain plants; for instance while most are dormant in wintertime, some have a period of dormancy in summer. As we try to send out year round, it may be that your plants arrive in their dormant state which is entirely normal. Equally we may cut plants back prior to sending, normally to remove old foliage or faded flowers. Occasionally we may remove soft, easily damaged growth, should we do this it will only be to protect the plant in transit and in the knowledge that it is able to quickly recover.
Some plants may be listed for "collection only" at times when they may be too difficult or fragile to send by post. They will be listed again for mail order once we are able to send out.
