Macplants will replace, issue a credit note or refund plants that do not meet your expectations if reported to us within 3 days of receipt. We may ask you to provide a photo or return the plant or plants that you are not happy with. 

Where a hardy plant has failed within 12 months, we will normally offer a replacement - in which case we would ask for the plant to be returned to us, or for pictures to be provided. We cannot replace any plants that have died due to poor horticultural care or weather extremes.
