Common Name: 'Gold-edged prairie cord grass'A vigorous grass with arching, ribbon-like, dark green leaves narrowly margined with gold. Turns yellow in autumn, holding its form well through most of the winter, when it is a pale biscuit colour. It has spiked pale green inflorescences in summer. Jun-Jul. H120cm S90cm.

Care Instructions
Grow in permanently moist, fertile soil. Tolerant of saline and thrives in boggy sites. Looks good near water. Leave the foliage over winter for its useful effect and then cut to the base in spring.
