Common Name: 'Purple moor grass'

A deciduous clump-forming, perennial grass with panicles of purple flowers which radiate out on tall stems above a neat tussock of mid-green leaves that turn butter yellow in autumn. Jul-Oct. H120cm S60cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in any moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. Prefers acidic or neutral soil.
