Verbascum chaixii 'Album'

Common Name: 'Mullein'

AGM. This perennial species is one of the easiest Verbascums to grow, with narrow spires of white flowers that have little maroon eyes emerging from a basal rosette of dark green leaves in summer. Jun-Aug. H100cm S60cm.

Care Instructions

Requires a very well drained soil in full sun. Good in poor sandy soils as it is drought tolerant. Avoid over-crowding by other plants. Excellent for gravel gardens. May self-seed.
