Common Name: 'Blue moor grass'

A compact, tufted evergreen grass with narrow blue-green leaves which have a glossy green underside. Small, oval purplish flower heads open in spring on upright stems and soon fade to pale buff. Mar-Jun. H20cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in moderately fertile, well-drained, neutral to slightly alkaline soil in full sun or dappled shade. Tolerant of dry soils once established. Looks good forming useful evergreen bluish mounds under evergreen shrubs or small trees.
