Rudbeckia subtomentosa 'Henry Eilers'

This lovely coneflower has striking, finely quilled orange-yellow petals, which surround a rounded, orange-brown cone. Aug-Oct. H120cm S75cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in sun or partial shade and moderately fertile, preferably heavy but well-drained soil, so a good choice for improved clay. Perfect for adding late colour to mixed or herbaceous borders, it also makes a fine companion to ornamental grasses such as Panicum and Stipa, and make excellent long-lasting cut flowers.
