Pulmonaria saccharata Argentea Group

AGM. As they mature the leaves of this clump-forming perennial become almost entirely silver. The flowers open deep violet-purple flowers from dull red buds. Mar-May. H30cm S60cm.

Care Instructions

For a moist, humus-rich soil in shade or part shade. Nice ground cover for a shady spot where the soil remains reasonably moist in summer but isn't waterlogged in winter. Cutting hard back after flowering encourages fresh leaf growth which will then look attractive over summer.
