Persicaria vacciniifolia
Synonym(s): Polygonum vacciniifolium, Bistorta vacciniifolia Common Name: 'Rock knotweed'AGM. This robust, late flowering species forms a close carpet of small, leathery, glossy dark green leaves that turn red in the autumn. The leaves turn rusty brown and persist through winter. It is covered by a mass of narrow, pale pink flower spikes in late summer and early autumn. Jul-Sep. H10cm S45cm.
