A lovely alpine for spring. Large, nodding, pure white, satiny bells are produced very early in the year. The deciduous, grass-like foliage dies back to the ground after flowering so that the plant has a period of summer dormancy. Feb-Apr. H20cm S10cm.

Care Instructions

It requires a moist, but well-drained fertile soil in full sun and is good in a trough or on a rock garden.
