Nectaroscordum siculum

Synonym(s): Allium siculum Common Name: 'Sicilian honey garlic'

This tall, easy to grow, member of the Allium family produces large heads of pendant, dusky pink and green flowers, with a maroon stripe, above a basal clump of linear leaves. May-Jul. H100cm S10cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in a moderately fertile, free-draining soil in full sun or partial shade. Plant something at its feet to cover the foliage, which can look untidy at flowering time. May self-seed freely.
