Care Instructions
Plant in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil in an open situation or in partial shade. Keep well-watered in hot, dry weather and sheltered from cold drying winds. Summer drought is the worst “enemy” of these plants but also avoid boggy conditions.
It produces abundant seed and is perennial in suitable conditions. It belongs to the newly recognised Fertile Blue Group of Meconopsis and may be raised from seed. We prefer, however to raise all our plants from division so those for sale will be the true M. 'Linghom' from the original source.
