AGM. A clump-forming perennial with violet-purple flowers in dense spikes, above tufts of linear evergreen, dark green leaves. Black berries follow the flowers. Aug-Oct. H30cm S45cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in light, moderately fertile, preferably acid, moist but well-drained soil in partial or full shade; can tolerate drought once established. Looks great as a path edging for a shady border.
