Hemerocallis middendorffii

A hardy, undemanding, perennial forming a dense clump of strap-like leaves from which the pale orange-yellow flowers emerge in mid-summer on long stems. Jun-Jul. H75cm S50cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in moist, fertile soil and sun or partial shade. Tolerant of a wide range of conditions, even boggy soils, but responds well to good feeding. Drought and shade reduce flowering. Divide every so often to maintain vigour.
