Helleborus x sternii 'Silver Dollar'
Synonym(s): Helleborus argutifolius × lividus 'Silver Dollar' Common Name: Hellebore 'Silver Dollar'(H. argutifolius x H. lividus). A sculptural perennial with impressive jagged-edged, silvery-green evergreen leaves, held on purple blushed stems. Creamy-green flowers are produced from late winter to mid-spring. Feb-May. H40cm S40cm.
Care Instructions
Thrives in neutral to alkaline soils that are moist, fertile and humus-rich. Partial shade is ideal but can tolerate full sun. Provide shelter from strong, cold winds. Mulch annually in autumn.
