Common Name: 'Hakone grass'

A low growing, slowly spreading, but non-invasive, semi-evergreen ornamental grass which forms lovely bright green gently cascading hummocks. The foliage turns shades of russet in autumn. Fine, light sprays of lime green flowers Jun-Jul. H45cm S45cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in a moist, fertile, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. Relatively slow to establish. Looks great in a pot. Useful as an edging plant or ground cover under light shrubs.
