Euphorbia x martinii

Common Name: 'Martin's spurge'

AGM. (E. amygdaloides x E. characias) This shrubby, evergreen Euphorbia has attractive dark, olive green foliage, suffused with purple. The bright green flower heads, with reddish-brown nectaries, are produced on red stems and age to an eye-catching pinky-red. May-Jul. H75cm S75cm.

Care Instructions

This is an excellent garden plant with a long period of interest, best for sun and well-drained soil but perhaps not for the coldest of gardens. Good with Hemerocallis ‘Little Wine Cup’. Grow in a well-drained soil in full sun.
