Common Name: 'Sea Holly'

AGM. (E. amethystinum x E. planum). A dense cloud of small blue thistles on violet-blue stems above basal rosettes of dsrk green leaves. Jul-Sep. H60cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in dry, well-drained soil that is poor to moderately fertile. Full sun is essential. dislikes winter wet. A neat plant suitable for the front of the border. Good with Stipa tenuissima and Achillea ‘Anthea’.
