Relatively large, violet-purple flowers are produced in spring above attractive, deciduous foliage which is tinted purple when young. Apr-May. H25cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in fertile, moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in partial shade; shelter from cold, dry winds. Good for the front of a shady border.
