Echinacea purpurea 'Ruby Giant'
Common Name: 'Cone flower'AGM. An excellent variety, with big, ruby-pink flowers and extra large, rusty, orange-brown centres. The petals do not droop and are held stiffly out from the centre and the stems are rigid and self-supporting. Jul-Oct. H85cm S45cm.
Care Instructions
Best grown in deep, well-drained, humus-rich soil ideally in full sun although they can tolerate some shade Grow it with Actaea ‘Brunette’ or Eupatorium ‘Chocolate’ and grasses such as Anemanthele lessoniana.
