Cyclamen coum 'Ruby Star'
Common Name: 'Eastern cyclamen'A superb hardy, late winter/early spring flowering plant that has superb rich ruby-magenta flowers, with reflexed petals and dark green, kidney-shaped leaves with crimson undersides. Feb-Mar. H5cm S10cm.
Care Instructions
Grow in part shade in any moderately fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil, avoiding excessive summer moisture. Ideal for naturalising under trees, on banks or in a shady border and planted in association with other early-flowering woodland plants such as snowdrops, winter aconites and primroses.
