Common Name: 'Elephant's ears'

AGM. Clumps of oval, dark green leaves becoming beetroot-red in winter. Magenta flowers in spring on slender, graceful stems. Apr-May. H45cm S45cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in sun or partial shade. Dislikes hot, dry conditions but tolerates poor soil and exposed sites.
