Astrantia major 'Ruby Wedding'
Common Name: 'Masterwort'A superb vigorous variety with deep, ruby-red flowers on very dark wine stems. In good conditions it will flower from early summer until the end of September. The foliage is suffused with purple, particularly in the spring. May-Sep. H75cm S45cm.
Care Instructions
Best grown in moist, fertile, humus-rich soil in sun or partial shade but will tolerate drier conditions. The colour is darkest in full sun. Grown by division.
