Common Name: 'Masterwort'

A clump-forming perennial with distinctive flowers that are composed of lots of tiny florets surrounded by a collar of broad bracts. They are pale green tinged with white and pink. Jun-Aug. H80cm S50cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in moist, fertile, humus-rich soil in sun or partial shade but will tolerate drier conditions. It is likely to self-seed and looks good planted in large drifts in the herbaceous border or in prairie-style planting schemes.
