Astilbe x crispa 'Perkeo'

AGM. This is a miniature variety with attractive glossy, dark green, crinkled foliage, tinged red when young, and narrow plumes of deep pink flowers. Jul-Aug. H30cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in moist, fertile, humus-rich soil in full sun or partial shade. Dislikes soil which dries out in summer. Divide every few years to maintain vigour. Excellent for pondside planting or for a bog garden, associating well with smaller-growing hostas and ferns.
