Common Name: 'Red hook sedge'

A neat clump-forming species with evergreen, reddish bronze leaves. Narrow dark brown-black flower spikes are formed in the summer. Jun-Aug. H30cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in any moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil. Intolerant of full sun on poor dry soil but will tolerate full sun if soil is constantly moist. Not for very cold conditions.
