Anthemis tinctoria 'E.C. Buxton'

Anthemis tinctoria 'E.C. Buxton'

Common Name: 'Dyer's chamomile'

A wonderfully long-flowering plant with finely cut, aromatic mid-green leaves. Primrose-yellow daisies completely smother this plant in mid-summer. Jul-Sep. H60cm S80cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun; useful where a drought-tolerant plant is required. It can flower almost too prolifically so that the plant becomes weakened, so to avoid this, cut it back immediately after flowering to encourage basal development. Good planted with Salvia 'Blue Queen'.

Plant No: 192
